First United Methodist Church, in Mooresville, Indiana, seeks a qualified candidate to fill the specialized role of Chancel Choir Accompanist. Located in a small-town suburb southwest of Indianapolis, FUMC Mooresville has a reputation for being mission focused and offering Spirit filled worship. We serve a congregation of 500 members with an average worship attendance of nearly 350 across three Sunday morning services. We seek to find a faithful, loving, and dedicated pianist/organist to accompany our chancel choir by providing music for our Sunday traditional worship service. The Chancel Choir Accompanist works collaboratively with the Chancel Choir Director and is accountable to the Senior Pastor and the Staff Parish Relations Committee.
